Selecting a Delivery Address

Items purchased from Dell New Zealand or PB Tech can be delivered either to a specific University campus location, or while working remotely during Covid-19 directly to a staff member's home address.

Delivery to a Non-University Address

To have an order delivered to a non-University listed address, ie; a staff member's home address during Covid-19 lockdown, do the following:

In the 'Ship To' drop down, select 'Customer Address'
In the 'Attn' field, put the name of the person who will receive the delivery.
Note: there is no need to change the 'Bill To' option or information.

In the 'Delivery notes' field put the full address details for the order to be shipped to, including a postcode.
A contact number is also recommended in case the courier needs to ring or text as part of delivery.

Delivery to a University Address

To have an order delivered to a University campus location closest to a staff member's office, do the following:

In the 'Ship To' drop down, select the location closest-to-you.
In the 'Attn' field, put the name of the person who will receive the delivery.
Note: there is no need to change the 'Bill To' option or information.
