What do I do if?


An item isn't in the catalogue?

Only common, frequently purchased items appear in the catalogue, so not everything you want will appear. If you can't find an item you're looking for, please contact us at campus_computers@waikato.ac.nz for help.

My goods are taking a long time to arrive?

Often delays occur at the supplier end of the process. Campus Computers follow up with suppliers twice weekly regarding all goods on back order. You can check the status of your purchase via the Active Requisitions on the Campus Computers Website or please contact us for assistance.

I've received my order, but I haven't been charged?

You will generally be charged at the end of the month, once the item(s) on your order have been received, but please contact us if you have any concerns.

I'm unsure exactly what I need to buy?

If you are unsure, please contact one of the Campus Computers Customer Consultants. They can advise you of the options available to you. You could also contact your Computer Support Consultant.
