About Client Support Services
Client Support Services is a customer-focused team offering multiple access windows into ITS services. Each team is dedicated in offering assistance to all customers in finding specific information related to ITS here at the University of Waikato or providing equipment to create a better learning environment.
The Client Support Services team acts primarily in two ways:
- The Service
Desk team provides a first point of contact for ITS clients.
The issues supported range from general computing support through to
people who are unsure of the specialist service team they need to contact.
- TheTeaching Technology Group is responsible for providing
a comprehensive range of teaching related facilities for both staff
and students. These include the hiring of both audio & visual equipment
as well as general consumables, to name a few.
